Terms and Conditions Questions & Perspectives — KimUnity Soulutions LLC Last updated: July 11, 2026 --- Agreement to terms By accessing or using the Questions & Perspectives ("Q&P") website, digital card experience, community, or any related products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. --- Our services KimUnity Soulutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides the following through the Q&P brand: A free digital conversation card experience accessible via web browser. A paid subscription ("Q&P Premium") offering unlimited card access, community membership, and digital workbooks. Physical conversation card decks and printed workbooks available for purchase. Live facilitation experiences, training, and consulting services. A community discussion space ("The Q&P Collective") for Premium members. --- Account and access When you sign up for free access to Q&P, you provide your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links provided to you. You agree not to share Premium access links, member portal links, or subscription credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that disrupts the community or harms other users. --- Free and Premium access Free access provides a limited selection of conversation cards with a daily draw limit. Free access may change over time as we update our products. Premium access is available through a paid subscription and provides unlimited card draws, community access, digital workbooks, and other benefits as described at the time of purchase. Premium features and pricing may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice. --- Purchases and payments All purchases — including physical products, digital subscriptions, and bundles — are processed through our authorized payment platforms (currently Shopify and/or Stripe). Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds for physical products: If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us. Refunds for digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, subscriptions and digital downloads are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will review your situation. --- Community guidelines The Q&P Collective community is a space for meaningful conversation, built on curiosity, respect, and openness. By participating, you agree to: Listen with curiosity, not judgment. Treat every member with respect, regardless of background, perspective, or experience. Keep discussions constructive and relevant to the Q&P experience. Not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or illegal. Not share other members' personal stories or contributions outside the community without their permission. Not use the community to promote, advertise, or sell products or services unrelated to Q&P. Not share Premium access links, member portal URLs, or subscription credentials with non-members. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or revoke community access for any member who violates these guidelines. --- Intellectual property All content within the Q&P digital card experience, website, workbooks, community, and related materials — including but not limited to the conversation questions, card designs, the Q&P logo, the "Questions and Perspectives" name, frameworks, and written content — is the original intellectual property of KimUnity Soulutions LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Q&P content without prior written permission from KimUnity Soulutions LLC. Personal use is encouraged. You are welcome to share individual Q&P questions verbally in conversation, in social media posts that credit Questions & Perspectives, and in personal journals or reflections. You may not reproduce the full deck, collections, or substantial portions of the question content in any format — digital, printed, or otherwise — for personal or commercial use. --- Disclaimer The Q&P experience is designed to encourage meaningful conversation and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical care. Our content, facilitation services, and community discussions are provided for educational, personal development, and conversational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our products or services. --- Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, KimUnity Soulutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, website, or community — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. --- Changes to these terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
